This is my #1 Card for this month’s Crafting Circle Monthly Wednesday Challenge. It’s a “Just for Fun” Challenge, but I’ve always loved following the sketches and anything else they they throw at us.

The image is from Bloobel Digital Stamps and called “Robin Chick.” I’ve had her for a few months and didn’t get to use her until now, but I can see where she’ll pop up in some future warm-weather type cards. I’ve colored her with my Copic Markers, some Prisma Pencils and a touch of white Pen.

The patterned cardstock I used is from a 6×6 paper stack called “Marine” by American Crafts. I think it’s my favorite shade of blue and I’m sure you’ll see lots of other cards featuring this stack.

I used two very old circle punches to make the circles at the bottom of the card, but I didn’t find a name on the punches.  The Stitched Sun and the Stitched Scalloped Rectangles are Die-namics by My Favorite Things. The yellow cardstock was a scrap and the ribbon is from my stash.

Thanks for dropping in and I hope you are warm and cozy where you are.

Cute card Dee. You do like your quirky birds! LOL. Really like the ‘offset rectangles’. They add a lot of interest to the card.

I am always in awe of how you mix and match your papers. One day I will get brave and pull this off !

Love Lisa’s birdie.. those quirky digital stamps of hers are too much fun.

It does help if you buy a stack where the papers match!!! LOL. if not, just pull out some papers that you think look good together.
